Football SA has conducted its draw for the Australia Cup Preliminary Round 4 fixtures on Monday.
Matches will be played across the weekend of 17-19 March with the exact fixture details to be confirmed at a later date.
This is also the first round teams from the RAA National Premier League SA enter the competition.
Last season's Federation Cup winners Adelaide City host Pontian Eagles, while runners-up Modbury Jets take on Adelaide Blue Eagles.
