The match details for the Australia Cup Preliminary Round 4 South Australia fixtures have been announced on Monday.
Football SA confirmed the dates and times of all the games which will be played across the 16-19 March.
This round marks the first time teams from the RAA National Premier League SA enter the competition.
State League 1 side Playford City host NPL outfit South Adelaide on Thursday, 16 March, before 14 matches take place on the Saturday.
Saturday's matches will be headlined by a Southern derby involving State League 2 rivals Seaford Rangers and Noarlunga United.
Last season's Federation Cup winners Adelaide City play host to Pontian Eagles, while runners-up and newly promoted NPL side Modbury Jets take on Adelaide Blue Eagles.
Amateur League team Elizabeth Downs entertain State League One Adelaide Omonia Cobras to complete the action the following day on Sunday.
