The Australia Cup 2023 Round of 32 slots are as follows:

10 spots are allocated to the A-League clubs, with the top 8 at the end of the regular season qualifying directly, and two qualifying via a playoff between the bottom four.

The decision to award Football Victoria one additional berth in the Final Rounds of the Australia Cup is for 2023 only. The slot will return to Football Australia in 2024.

742 clubs entered the 2022 Australia Cup including the 12 Isuzu Ute A-League Men clubs and 730 Member Federation clubs.

In 2023 we had a record 775 clubs.
